between Superjuicers (referred to in this Agreement as "we", "us" or
"our") and you ('You' means the person, persons or company viewing this
website or placing an order on the website). At no point are your
statutory rights affected.

Ordering methods and confirmation
Products displayed on this website can be ordered online through our
secure server. We accept payments by Visa Card, MasterCard, Visa Delta,
Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch cards.
We will send an e-mail as confirmation. This will be sent usually within 24
hours, allowing you to check the details of the order.
It is important that you give a complete order itemization including
delivery cost, your full name and delivery address and a contact
telephone number.
Delivery Times
We can deliver all appliances within the US, Canada, US Virgin Islands,
Puerto Rico, AK, HI and GUAM and selected appliances to Europe.
Our distributors in the US usually dispatch all US orders within 24
hours of receipt on an overnight courier service. This means you should
receive your order (if in the US) within 3 days of ordering.
However, as a safety margin we do ask that you allow 5 days for
delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 5 days we will
notify you before processing the order, giving you the option to cancel.
Delivery on orders to the rest of the world will be advised
individually and depending on destination. Please contact us by email
if you require further details.
It is important to try and ensure someone will be present at the
delivery address to receive the order, as packages will not be left
without a signature on behalf of the recipient without written consent.
It may often be convenient to specify a work or business address for
delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery the
courier (usually UPS or FedEx) will leave a contact card. They will
usually re-attempt delivery on 2 further occasions. If no one is still
present to take the order, the package may be returned to our
distributor, which can result in extra charges. If the customer wishes
to redirect the package to an alternative address this can also result
in extra charges. Please be aware these charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
If the goods are not delivered within the timescale set out above, and
no card has been left by the courier, please contact us by telephone or
email. We cannot be held liable for any loss caused by late delivery on
the part of the couriers.
SPECIAL DOUBLE BOXING: Most items are shipped to you double
boxed. This is for extra protection of the products on the way to you.
Delivery Prices
Shipping charges are individually calculated by our shipping calculator.
Selected items can be delivered to Europe-for shipping to Europe please email us for our latest shipping quotes and prices!
Returns and Refunds (Your right to cancel)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is given the right
to return unwanted goods. This "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working
days in which to cancel your order without giving a reason. The period
starts the day after the day that goods are received. During this time
you are only required to cancel the order and are not obliged to return
the goods within the 7 working days.
If you wish to cancel an order within the 7 day cooling-off period, you
may do so providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This
means unused and complete with original packing. To exercise this right
please contact us preferably by email. We will need confirmation in
writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number.
IN the case of wanting to return goods to us please make sure to email
us first and we will give you the appropriate distributor's address. WE
WILL GIVE YOU INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS. Do not send them
to our office in London. We have distributors in the US that deal
with distribution on our behalf. Please also ensure that they are
packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit.
We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take
out insurance with your courier.
When exercising the right to cancel, goods are to be returned at the
customer's cost. However, refunds are not dependent on the goods being
returned. If goods are not returned after a customer has
excercised the right to cancel, we require that they are made available
for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the
refund. We will credit your credit/debit card for the full amount of
the goods (excluding delivery/collection costs) within 30 days of your
cancellation.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Issues
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe you have
received faulty goods. Faults occurring after the 7-day period are
still covered by the Sales of Good Act (1979) and also by the
individual manufacturer's warranties that come with our products.
Please email or call us in advance before returning suspected faulty
items as it may be that we can rectify problems. If this is not
possible, we will pay for the goods to be returned to our associated
distributors and forwarded to you after replacement/repair, for a
period of 30 days after you received them. If goods returned during
this period are found not to be faulty, payment will be required for
our collection and subsequent delivery costs before they can be
returned. After 30 days has elapsed from receipt of an order, suspected
faulty goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense. We will
assess returned goods and either replace or repair them at no cost
providing they are within the warranty period specified by the
manufacturer. If a fault is not covered under warranty and is deemed to
have occurred due to misuse or expected wear and tear you will be
notified, given the reason why, the cost of repair/ replacement and
return delivery. When payment is received the goods will be
repaired/replaced and returned. We aim to complete these procedures
within 10 days.
Please note that we do not deal directly with warranties/ repairs and
will pass your details to, or ask you to contact, the company that
does. Repairs and replacements will be subject to that company’s Terms
and Conditions. However, the first point of contact is with us.
SUPERJUICERS cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer’s
warranties of a product if the manufacturer of that product ceases
trading, goes into liquidation or is declared bankrupt, or we should
cease supplying the product.
Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments
As well as an e-mail notification breaking down the cost of your order,
you will receive (either in a separate letter or delivered with your
order) a customer invoice. If you believe there to be any mistakes
please notify us immediately and we will correct this within 30 days.
